I'm going white-water rafting in West Virginia in July...the Euro vs Dollar will be great, I have never been white-water rafting - and I'm always up for an adventure.

Flights from Dublin to Charleston, WV cost about $1300-$1500 (€840-€960), but bmi/Virgin/Delta all fly to Washington, DC for $400-$600 (€260-€390). It's not too far from the rivers, and it's a pretty cool city with almost too much to do.

My second choice? Take a trip to Cairo and Dubai - spend a week in each. Flights from Dublin to Cairo to Dubai to Dublin are around $1300 (€840).

I don't know hoy much "€€€€" actually is, but both of these places seem very reasonable for where you are going/what you are doing and seeing.

Get ur ass over to Canada. Few days in Toronto Niagra etc, then get the train to Montreal and then spend a week or 10 days in Vancouver. Thats a quick trip to Canada and the exchange rate is very favourable there as well.
You could also go to places like Calgary and pretend you're a cowboy for a week??
