System Scan

    Can anyone please recomend a system scan. I am running Vista Ultimate. |I have an up to date McAfee on my system. My problem is when i open internet explorer i have 2 tab o open Google and Blackle. since the other day 4 more tabs load but don't display the page. i went into tool setting and there were only my 2 taps in the Home page box. then when i shut them down a pop box appears waring me that my sytem is infected and asks me do i want to install Antispywaremaster to scan my PC and options are ok or cancel, click cancel but another page open. I have checked and Pop-up blocker is on and i have it set to high level. I have scanned my system with mcafee and it has come up with nothing. Is there a Vst scanner that i can use to find and get rid of this annoyance?
