Clermont Carn DVB-T in Belfast

    Hi,

Does anyone know how the situation stands with the RTE DVB-T signals from Clermont Carn reaching Belfast. I've read that they have intentionally nulled the signal to the north for the trial, but has anyone hear if they will be changing this for the actual rollout?

I can detect the carrier on CH53 from Clermont Carn using a Hauppauge Nova-T, but it cannot tune any channels (presumably the bit error rate is very high).

    Thanks

DVB-T tx aerials on Clermont Carn point in a south/south-west direction only (at least the last time I had a look) this may have changed though.
