N95 firmware update camera problem

    Apologies if this has been covered before but i couldn't find a solution by searching...

    I recently bought a 6 month old N95 (with the 1GB micro SD card slot) off ebay in the from the UK. Its been working perfectly until i updated the firmware using the Nokia Updater Software yesterday. I think i was using V 20.0.015 before and having read a few places that the latest software was a good job, i installed V 21.0.016. I managed to restore all my files and everything works as i should except the camera.

    When i slip the lens cap open the screen kinda blinks - just as it would when about to switch to camera mode, but it doesn't actually load and then returns to the main screen, no matter how many times I try. The strange thing is that the camera works for the barcode reader....

    I have tried reinstalling the firmware etc but nothing works for me. If its a problem with the firmware, is it possible to got back to an older version?
    Has anybody got any suggestions....?
