need help downloading update for gt5 prolouge

    hi is anyone having trouble downloading updates for gt5 ,first off its saying my time and date are incorrect there not ,then when i try down load the update to play online it will ERROR afterabout 10 mins ,ive been trying for a week now with no joy ,the reason i bought the thing in the first place was to play online if i cant update it soon im trowing it back and im demanding my money back, let them sort it out, any toughts tips or solutions on this matter is greatly welcome.

    Go into news section of the game and when it asks for update download it from there it will more than likely fail, just restart it and try again and will work eventually. This is what seveal boardsies have had to do, it's a well known issue with the game.

    nice one mate got it last night after about 7 time tryin to d/l finally got it,decided to wacth a film ,kept running up and down the stairs to restart finally went up to find success ,great feeling.wonder why its doing it in the first place.

    It took me a couple of weeks and about 20 attempts before the damn thing would download for me. The best time to do it seems to be late at night/very early in the morning when there's feck all traffic on the PSN. Have to get up at 6am for work some days, so I just stuck it on to update one morning before work and it downloaded without any issues.

    I really wish they'd allow background download of patches:(

    took me weeks to get mine but one night after I was out.. Came home around 4am and worked fine.. Ive never been so happy!!

    i know just got mine working last night it a great taster, cant wait for the main event.
