Advice please. Can somone pls tell me how to use highlighter properly. Do I put on over or under makeup? Under the eyes around cheekbones. havent a clue

I would put it over make up on the cheek bones and under the eyebrows. It's also supposed to look nice to put a dot on your cupid's bow but I also forget to do it. You can do it together with contouring (with a bronzer for example)to create light and dark. You can contour under your cheek bones (the hollows when you make a fish-face)

There's other places too I'm sure, there are good videos on Youtube for this kind of thing, have a look there maybe?

if you normally wear a light foundation you can put the highlighter on under it-don't worry it will still come through and it keeps it subtle enough for daywear. to accentuate your cheekbones even more suck in your cheeks(that fish pucker thing) and blend in a slightly darker foundation into the hollows that appear in your cheeks. make sure you blend it really well though(or expect some strange looks!) and you will have razor sharp cheekbones in no time! good luck!:D

to show your huge personality your laughter expression lines around mouth and your dimples!

if you have a big nose; a straight staight line down the complete center of your nose!

if your skin is dull/tired mix highlighter to your moisturizer for an illuminating look
