Excellent show, great fights. Ran very smoothly. I'd give Fight of the NIght to Maguire and his belgian opponent for producing 3 rounds of some of the slickist grappling I've seen in a cage. KO of the night would have to go to Emmet McNally, hope his opponent is ok. Submission would have to go to Huveneers' kimura off his back because his take downs were getting fluffed by Big Dave Kelly and he was getting bashed but still managed to whip out the sub under that assault.

I have a few, but I'm on duty until tomorrow morning so obviously won't have access to them until then.

I can't post too many here, I took over 100 photos. Unfortunetely I'd camera trouble (getting the settings right, positions etc) during your fight and Pauls.

I was gonna ask you could I take a photo of your lumps after the fight, but I thought that would have been a little cheeky!.

Anyone got any news on the lad who was K.O.'d?.. He was out for such a long time, I got photos but I think it would be a bit disrespectful to post those.

at one stage there was 4 'medics' and 3 doctors in the cage with the fella. we like to err on the side of caution but as soon as ludo was back stage he was off the stretcher and running around....he was in redz that night havin a beer! so it looked a lot worse than it was...but we'd rather take every precaution

hey mairt, maybe its just me, but if you could photoshop (or whatever you do) that black and white photo to have just the blood show up in colour, it would look pretty cool

Good idea, I'll try it later.

The only problem with that is posting it, or showing it. Alot of people think our sport is barbaric enough without promoting the image.

I posted some of these in the photographic forum, I don't think they went down too well!.

This is gonna be really hard to do. It's not a straight up line of blood, it's a smear and you can clearly see the pink of the skin underneath it, when you desaturate the image, even if you do it with layers and pull the red through, you are still going to get that pink skin you see.

Just toying around with this one...



Dragan I toyed around with the blood, can't get it to work too well. But if I can find a transparent red I might be able to fill in some sweat drops on the lens, which might work.

Hey D, tried everything and can't get the blood through and looking realistic.

First off, thanks for the email reply 'perfectfit'..

Going through some photos of Dave Kelly's fight and I realised that 'Perfect Fit' and I had taken the very same photo but from completely different angles and here's the result..
