    The spec is good but it doesn't seem like great value. It does have an e-sata port though which wouldn't be standard on most laptops (especially lower value ones) so that does add value to it. It doesn't seem to have any extras which most aldi/lidl laptops do. This usually makes them decent value for money.

    i dunno. for 800 and a 3 year warranty that acctually sounds like good value: new card in it and all. 128mb gddr3: not mind blowing but it will fly through vista

    I have the previous model which I bought in Aldi a couple of months ago and I would have no problem recommending it.

    Doesn't add any value to it, have had several customers who owned Medion laptops who got nightmare service from Medion/Aldi when it came to warranty repairs. (I myself had a Targa/Lidl laptop,that was a horror story).
    However the spec for the price does look acceptable, would still prefere a Dell given the choice for the same price.
