Are you looking for portability or is this going to be your home entertainment?

These are quality , and in your budget , ideal for a laptop and even for a beginners home cinema system ,

The sub is large though , and its not any kind of portable system.

The Z5500 is a decent piece of equipment.

There's also the Z5450 - lower wattage (but still plenty loud) and has two optical inputs as opposed to the one.
