I ordered some items from the website above using a 3V voucher early yesterday morning. The thing is I had sufficient funds on the voucher but 3 errors came up on the site. I ordered some items from the website above using a 3V voucher early yesterday morning. The thing is I had sufficient funds on the voucher but 3 errors came up on the site. I then tried to use a different site to order some gear but that too rejected the voucher, it turns out Protx which cricketsupplies.com uses charged the card and debited €110 from it but I rang the website and they claim they have no record of any purchase made by me and I have no email of any transaction completed.

Any idea on what I should do? I have a reference number and an AuthCode listed on the 3V site together with the amount deducted from my voucher but no receipt of any items purchased.
