Castlecourt Hotel in the middle of town is very decent, it has its own nightclub too which gets very packed on friday and saturday nights

The Westport Plaze is adjoined to the Castlecourt. I always stay there and its really nice.

I stayed at the Clew Bay hotel once and that was nice. The only down side was the parking... Even though there is a car park adjacent, I wasn't able to find a car park in it at 9pm!!!

The westport plaza is nice and it is central.
    It's a 4 star,quite large and modern.
If you want a snazzier 4 star out on the castlebar road iirc,a little longer walk, you can try www.khh.ie

Depends on what you are looking for.

Knockranny is probably Wesports nicest hotel although its not right in the middle of town so you probably need to have cars with ye if ye're planning on staying there. Its not that far out of town, probably only a mile or so, but its up a very steep hill. Its also a quiet enough spot night-time wise.

If you're looking for something a bit more central, you should try the plaza or castlecourt or the Wyatt.

Hotel Westport is nice too, and on the outskirts. Thats all i can think of off the top of my head.

If you are booking a hotel out at the quay, just remember its alsos a good distance from the town centre.
