    Here is an open question.
What do you think about when you are on the road running?
opps i forgot to tape Cornation st.,Emerdale ?
Here just get your thoughts out there and just talk about whatever.
I wil leave it open to judge a response.
I know if i start i will be here for ever.
    Thanks

On my easy sessions I tend to listen to newstalk, pref Off the Ball and on a Friday the boos and movies slot with moncrieff.
On the speed session I think of nothing other than my breathing and waiting for the next beep to run hard,
And if i'm in the park running I'm very easily distracted by football games and other runners and other eye catching candy, so in other words I leave all the stresses of life at home and tune out.

Various issues sometimes planning my sessions out whilst doing them. Living in Louth with my partner and job in Dublin takes a bit of planning. My job can involve taking home personal issues if I'm not careful so I often done a psychological debrief whilst running. I have worked through a lot of therapeutic issues whilst running. With saying all of that I run with a MP3 and don't let my thoughts get too serious. Then there is the motivational stuff for whern it starts to hurt. I will be running for about 12 hours in July so you have to think of something.
