gravel drive way

    Help please, how do i estimate the amount of gravel needed for new drive way(tonnage needed)also does any one know where to get round pebbles yelloa and white, will acccept chipped if round isent available, thanks all.

    Allow approx 15 sq yd / ton spread rate 1"-2" (max). Pebble ie rounded stone not recommended for driveway, not stable as stones do not lock/compact well leading to constant ridges and raking.

    Natural Stone Yard (Ashbourne), Patio Centre (Cabinteely) and Cement Roadstone (various locations including Belgard) all offer and deliver a range of stone.
