    What are you using the third coil for?

    You need to take a few things into account here.

    If you are going to use any of the coils for solid fuel boilers, you need to be sure that the tank being supplied is suitable for such, not all tanks are, due to the type of coil and tank design, and because you cannot regulate the heat going into the tank from solid fuel. It depends on the manufacturer.

    There is also the problem tof inefficency, because the third coil is so high up in the tank, you are going to get very little return of hot water from that coil.

    A better option is a 300/500 combi tank, the down side of this though is the cost its bloody expensive.
