    ive an option of the 160gb classic ipod 329
    or the 16gb touch for 369

    which should i got for and why

    i cant go for anything else as i have a voucher for the o2 store on grafton

    I'd go for the touch..It looks cool and also could you really fill it up to 160gb?

    Oh yeah you can get all them cool apps for the touch as well.

    If you want a proper entertainment device (Games, Internet, excellent Video and Photo viewer, plenty of other apps) then go for the Touch.
    If you have a large music library and only really listening to music and watch the odd video then go for the Classic.

    I think this is the main deciding factor tbh - what are you going to be using it for? if it is literally just music, I'd go for the classic.

    Pluses for the 160gb classic:

    Storage Capacity
    Price
    Controls (when using blind, ie raising/lowering volume in pocket)
    Battery life (rated at 40hrs, real life is closer to 46hrs)
    Able to use a removable disk (storage space) as well as ipod


    Pluses for touch
    Flash Memory (more durable than HDD)
    Wifi internet
    Well implemented touchscreen, it's fun to use.
    More *Potential* for development


    Both have similar SQ (sound quality) if anything I would say the touch sounds better than the classic.

    I've owned both the ipod classic and the touch (twice) so fire any questions at me... but no one can decide for you what you want :pac:
