In these still-skinny jeans obsessed times, where can one find trousers that completely hide one's feet? I'm aware of Tribe in Stephen's Green and Eager Beaver in Crown Alley, but they still have the exact same range of cords they had 5 years ago. Maybe I was born in the wrong decade...

Try the shop across the road from Eager Beaver, they do baggies too. aside from that, you'll have to buy the same ones or go hunting on ebay
