Myself and the family are looking to relocate to the Claremorris area. Does anyone know what the jobs market is like in the area, especially for IT jobs?

    Hi,

Good choice. I think CBE software are in Claremorris. If you have no luck with them, the commute to Galway (1 hr), Castlebar (25 mins), Westport (40 mins) and Sligo (1 hr) isnt too much.

Commute to Galway from CMorris town is only about 50 minutes. I know shortcuts that allow you to bypass C Galway :)

Not necessarily, depends on where you are going to in Galway i.e east side (Ballybrit) or west side. East side you can make it up in 40-45 mins if there isn't much traffic. Getting to west side could take up to an hour or maybe more.

    Anyway welcome to Claremorris!!
