    Hi Nick,

I dont think 8 players per team works. it didnt work last time because almost every team were taking anyone and everyone just to fill up, my own included.

I think you should stick to 4 or 5, maybe 6 max although thats still to much. I wont be around that weekend but its just my opinion.

Hey Tony.............Interesting point. It's too late to change it for this one but a couple of people have mentioned this to me alright. I certainly look at it for the next one.

Good luck with this Nick. I'd always be up for team events because they're great crack, but trying to get 8 people together is a nightmare.

Not a lot of people will play because at the end of the day, when u split prize money 8 ways, its not a huge amount so most people tend to play another game around town instead. i'd say teams of 4 or 5 would defo increase the field, but i understand that you like to keep the buyin small enough to attract your regular pub players.

I'm sure you'll find a happy medium that works for you and makes it a success.

Hi nick, i would like to get a teem for this, but i think a 5 player teem would be better, and must have at least 1 female (4 male 1 female say) and for a “€400 buy in” i think €80 reg is a bit much, im just saying, i wish you the best of luck with this anyway, regards Paddy. :)

lol this "€80 reg" you speak of has to pay for the expenses of 8 people! Its too simple to say 50+0 is 10% which is too high. Its still €10 that has to be streched pretty far. If this was €100+10 you'd saying its great value
