vs 2008: can't add reference to system.web

    System.web is not in the list for adding a reference.
    The list is really short too.
    help?

    Something weird about this install. I got it from the MS Launch. It doesn't detect the dlls when I try to add it manually and has some pictograms that may be CHinese or Japanese in the browse window.

    edit: Restarted VS in admin mode and was able to see the dlls when I browsed for them manually. Still can't add system.web though because it's a silverlight project and it doesn't work with that apparently. Sample code seems to need it though (doesn't recognise Page class) so i must have set it up wrong somewhere I think.
