Left my ds at home this week :(

Metal slug on DS sounds very nice.

I think this calls for a new starter pack!

I would be really excited about this were it not already available on psp. I'm impressed by the ds's capabilities

    Is this Neo Geo pocket?

No, the more impressive NeoGeo arcade/console, released in the 90s.

I tried it at lunchtime but it didn't work properly. I'm going to RTFM properly tonight, and make sure my unmentionables are up to date. :)

Thats not what I mean, witness.... I can't mention the 'R' word :)

Looks like specifying a -bios1 on the converter is the best way of getting this up and running. I'll report back later.

Yep, you're right there. Didn't work until I tried that. Now it works a charm.

This is one of those things I always wanted but thought was impossible. Almost bought a PSP to do something similar.

Seeing Metal Slug running properly on a DS is pretty mind blowing.

Can I be the first to say HOLY SHIT.
This is a seriously impressive emulator. I tried Blues Journey, Metal Slug and Puzzle de Pon and they're bloody perfect (with minor slowdown when the screen gets busy). Absolutely 100% playable though.... I'll be trying Viewpoint, Puzzle Bobble, Pulstar, Ghost Pilot, Shock Troopers, Money Idol Exchange and a few others later.

Seriously impressive, folks. Amazing to see this run almost flawlessly on the DS.

Shock Troopers works perfectly. Just gave it a go. :D

I can only get Metal Slug 1 to work though. The rest just keep giving me a green top screen. Odd.

Any idea if it's possible to access the dip switches? I don't mean to sound like a psychopath, but gore needs to be turned on!

Where can i find a patched version for my R4. I have no idea how to patch it!

Update your firmware on your R4 to past 1.09 (i think) and it will auto DLDI patch for you.

Get the latest firmware off www.r4ds.com
