When driving around Dublin's St. Stephens Green and turning right down Glovers Alley (the small alley behind the shopping centre) who has right of way - cars or pedestrians?
The path effectively breaks on either side of the alley entrance and the road is fed straight into the alley.

Traffic has right of way unless the pedstrian is already on the road.
