GAP used not to ship to Ireland. Has their policy changed?

edit:

I see it is now an in shop UK and Ireland voucher. However in the terms and conditions it says "Offer not valid in Gap concessions within larger retailers." The only GAP shop I am aware of (in Dublin anyway) is within the Arnotts shop so it would not work there. Have we got any others?
