NUI, National University of Ireland. Its the recognition body for UCC, UCD, NUIG and NUIM among others. See their site at www.nui.ie.

They also award for the IPA and other institutions.

The NUI is a good qualification and the IPA is a well respected institution, particularly in government and public service circles. Look at www.ipa.ie for more info on them. I've never heard any complaints about them.
