Website up. how come images wont show?

Hi again all. have the site up sucessfully but when it comes up the images are appearing as white boxes with red xs in the corners. See www.energyrate.biz you will see what i mean. Do i maybe have to rename the image type or upload in somewhere different. any suggestions? Regards, Shane
