    Hi hi.

Havent taken anything like this before so thought I might see if anyone had any advice on composition, shooting and processing!

Taken in Cheekpoint in Waterford at just before nightfall (you can prob see how close as light changes in shots quickly as only maybe 10 min between first and last shot!).

Taken with Eos 400D and nifty fifty, bibble to convert raw and adjust curves etc (minimal processing).

    Thanks all!!

Like all three of them; number 1 is lovely. 2 and 3 I would have tried to shoot from a lower angle.

Beautiful capture of the water but I would have liking to see more sky, so maybe a lower angle or a wider lens. I would also clone out the lights on the right hand side, they're a bit distracting

Love the 3rd one, great light/colours and silhouette, but I'd concentrate more on the "poles", maybe making the photo square. Great work!

Really like number 3, a bit more sky in number 1 would have worked better for me. I really like these shots!

    Thanks for the comments!

I might go back and try some of the things mentioned! Although the lighting seemed perfect when I went there by chance, but I will try again!

Very nicely done. Would like to have seen how a mostly sky shot would have turned out too.

    Love #3. :)

You would have had a wonderful backdrop if you had been shooting in infrared!
