    Hi all, Quick question. My free trial of Norton has just ran out on my new laptop, just wondering if anyone can recommend any other free anti virus programs or will it be better to just stop being a cheapskate and stump up some cash? ty.

    AVG, Avast, AntiVir are all free and excellent

    Far better than Norton

    i have avast home running on a laptop for 6 months now and its excellent,very light on resources,auto updates every day and very easy to use and its free to download.just register after installing and your good for 14 months.
