    Hi there,
Just a quick question. If a car is called for a recall are you automatically entitled to a replacement car while the job is being done. I was told to make the car available for a half day and if I want a replacement car I have to pay €35.

Totally down to the dealer in question I'd gather. The dealer would be reinbursed by the manufacturer for the recall parts and labour. Very rare that they would cover the cost of a courtesy car.
