No sleep for the wicked (Bertie Ahern)

    The hotel in Washington in which the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, and his official party are staying was evacuated of all guests and staff for a time this morning because of a fire alert.

    The alarm sounded in the Renaissance Mayflower hotel at 3.30am local time (8.30am Irish time).

    All guests including Mr Ahern and his party are now returning to the hotel.

    "Several of the Taoiseach's close friends and associates have also made the trip to Washington." Guess who??? Property developer Sean Dunne is there, along who a couple of those who gave Bertie brown envelopes in Manchester.

    He probably didn't get any sleep last night, hopefully he'll fall asleep halfway through his speech and do us all a favour!!!

    you know there was floods in dublin city centre in the late 90s, the government plane has been struck by lightning (twice ! ) and now this.

    WTF has god got against bertie ahern and whats he got left to chuck at im !

    im waiting for the plague of frogs next :D
