    www.silverjewelryclub.com

They say giving away their jewelry for free is a way of introducing their products.

There is no catch, no strings attached and no future obligation to buy. A shipping and handling fee of $5.99 applies that’s all!
    :p

How cool, remind me to introduce you to this nigerian friend of mine. He's minted but due to a tragic series of events needs help to extract his fortune. He'll obvously compensate you generously if you can help him out.

Cool, just got me a free pendant :D

It was a bit unusual to be asked for my date of birth, PPS number and mother's maiden name but then I realised it's probably just to make sure I'm old enough*

    *to be conned...

...it's probably not even worth the 5.99 'postage'

    It is what it's.

This is actually a legit site, i heard about it a few years ago and the only negative thing is that the jewellery is a bit smaller than you expect.

The Shipping is $US 8.99 and the jewellery is worth tuppence hapenny. Not in the Nigerian league but silver and crappy gems are pretty valueless so their profit is in the excessive shipping.

I would think that they are giving away the kind of cheap ass jewlery you would get in claires or some other trinket shop. Worth feck all. They overcharge for shipping the free item and make a little profit. Nothing wrong with it, the customer gets what they ordered and will be either happy with it, or be unhappy because they expected to get more for their money and did not read the description.

Not a scam as such, not as much of a scam as buying "information" on ebay and believing you are getting an actual item.
