Hi there, i have a few questions on the aforementioned,

My pc was away getting fixed due to some unstable app. AFAIK deleting files in the Program files folder when tryin to uninstall it. But when i got it back i got Windows Defender & left with Windows Firewall as i had ZA Firewall.

Whats Defender like as it seems to update itself, do i have to do anything else with it?
Windows firewall, i cant remember why now, but there was a reason i picked ZA as Win Firewall was limited to its actions.

Also My Docs+Owner are left on the Desktop, as it was backed up while the guy was fixin it, but where does Owner go as i can just Control+ X the rest of the files & move them, as it looks like in Docs+Settings i have 3 folders All Users, Default User & some folder mistakenly named someone else, how do i change it? as yer man forgot my name Is that where Owner has to go?

Thanks for any help as usual as i'm glad to be back after a few weeks & no internet as this was my last posting. long time with no internet

Assuming this is Windows XP you're talking about, your My Documents folder goes in the Documents and Settings Folder under your username. If the guy who fixed it (and it looks like he reinstalled everything from screatch) created a new user that isn't your name, you can create the proper user name in User Accounts in the Conrol Panel.

Once you've done that, you can move the backed up My Documents into the proper folder and delete the other user in the control panel.

Whether you want to use the built-in firewall or Zone Alarm is up to you. Personally I'd leave things the way they are otherwise you'll have to re-train Zone Alarm all over again.
