shortcut for predictive text on PS3?

Anyone know of a shortcut to choose a predictive text suggestions when entering text on the PS3. I find I have to press right a few times until I am on the box with the suggestions, then up/down to choose one. thanks, Bam

ya can add prdictive text terms in system settings i think it is just have a look around there through a few menus i know its there
