Ok basicly, used up my quota of 300 webtexts for the month on the vodafone site, as far as i know there are ther websties that provide the same service with no quota, or at least there was at some point me thinks. Anyone know if theres any out there now?

i don't think anywhere gives completely free texts but www.voipcheap.com and www.smsdiscount.com offer very cheap texts

i really don't think there's anywhere that'll give you unlimited free texts. If there was then everyone would know about it and if it was economically possible to do, voipcheap, smsdiscount and skype would have done it.

i remember a site that would give you 30 free a month but there was something dodgy about it, like those ringtone companies who make you pay x amount every x days for your "free" ringtone even when you tell them to stop. Boltblue i think it was called

just get an o2 sim and chuck 20 quid in to it, unlimited free texts and 250 webtexts per month

an extra €20 credit on Vodafone per month would get you 180ish more SMS. If you don't need that many then don't bother with the O2 SIM.

If you do, they why not just switch to O2 full stop and take up their offer (do compare call costs etc).

otherwise O2 SIM as a second SIM does offer good value if you get a dual SIM adapter, or something .. or even just get a free SIM off another network and use it for webtexts each month and forget the topups.
