    Single bedroom to let in lovely modern house located in new gated-off estate sharing with two others.

    House comprises of large kitchen, sitting room, separte utility room, bathroom, and back garden. Room itself comprises of a single bed, bedside locker with lamp, and fitted wardrobe, with view of well-maintained back garden.

    Close to Omni shopping centre, DCU Dublin Airport, M50 and bus routes. All essential shops around the corner, and Northwood Gym within walking distance.
    Viewing a must!

    Must be SENSIBLE (i.e.: not a party animal) as two professionals live here. Rent is €340 per month, not including bills, with a months deposit up front. Must be tidy. Fluent english also required.
