Conversion to audiobooks in iTunes

    I have mp3 files that I want to classify as audiobooks in iTunes (and hence on my iPod) but when I import them they go into Music and I can't for the life of me see how to convert/move them, anybody have any ideas?
    (I know purchased audiobooks from the iTunes store have a different file extension, is it something to do with that?)
