Majorca, Ibiza type holidays with poker?

    The time of year has come to book a cheap sun holiday, I usually don't care where we go, sure there all the same anyway.

    I've often seen casino's in these places but never NL or PL Hold'em.

    Has anybody here ever found a game on one of these holidays?

    asked the same question a few weeks ago without a reply, but i found a place in Majorca called the gran casino which seems to run tourneys.
    the one thats on when im going is called a rapido which doesn't sound too appealing

    I'm fairly sure thats where we went last year {Mallorca} the town or resort I have no idea but the casino had only some sort of table game type poker.

    Malta, there is a great 1/2 and 2/5 NLH down there. The Dragonara casino is right beside their version of Temple Bar (but nice) in Paceville. Made 1k in two nights there :)

    Ah yes the Dragonara. What a beautiful place. Pighead and Miss Piggy spent a great night in that place a couple of years back. Felt like royalty as we swaggered (which later turned to staggered) through the plush rooms. Open all night as well. Still have the old membership card in the old wallet.

    Ohhh baby, looks like a nice place aswell, Malta that is, plenty of history etc.

    Anything in after hours, the bald fatboy forum etc. Avoid the soccer forum, its usually just talking about how much he loves Drogheda.

    Now Dundalk on the other hand......

    But yeah, Malta is great. The food, the casino, the scuba diving, the sunshine. The business.

    One of the lads was in morroco lately on sun holiday serious action there apparently, could get more info but i think your looking for some where lively.

    Really wish there was poker in some of them destinations for those one or two nights of a 2 week holiday where you want to take it handy or just arrive in at all hours wasted:D
