Memory stick problems

I have a problem with one machine on the network at work. When I plug in my memory stick (the stick flashes) but it does not appear as an accessible drive. The memory stick in question works on all other machines! Any suggestions? Thanks

Check to see if it appears in Disk Management under Computer Management, some times network drives have the key's drive letter and if you change the drive letter, it will appear for you.
