Winzip 11 and 8 - Compatability issues

Hi, Does anyone know if it's easy enough to open a Winzip 11 file with winzip 8? Or would you have to, somehow, downgrade the file when zipping with version 11?

It should open fine. Most, if not all, zip files use the same compression algorithm.
