The other question will surely also be; who are you going to get to help you carry it... ???

Ah I'll just get used to having one shoulder larger than the other. :D

Targus make an xxl laptop bag, which seems like the best option. They also do an xl backpack, which might just about be big enough for the 8920g (the measurements of the compartment are very similar to the dimensions of the laptop) - there doesn't seem to be any other laptop backpack that coyld possibly fit it. Dicota also make a large laptop bag.

Where did you get the 8920g, what spec did you get and how much did it cost? I was considering getting one myself, but am leaning more toward the 6920g now.

I'm a reseller and one of my distributers e-mailed me with an offer on them. They'll only have them till they run out of stock.

    The spec on it is:
    Core 2 T8300 2.4Ghz,
    4Gb RAM
    320Gb Hdd,
    Blu-Ray,
    Nvidia GeForce T9500M 256Mb.
    Vista Home Premium

I really didn't like Vista till I got this. I thought it was slow even on new PC's. Now though I think i'll be able to tolerate it.

Can you tell me the distributor by any chance? The particular spec I'm looking at seems to be out of stock everywhere for several weeks.

It's Midia Distribution. They're trade only but I don't know if that hampers you in any way?
