    Working in Helsinki next week, any recommendations on things to do?

    There are so many nice museaums, restaurants and shops in Helsinki that could keep you well occupied.

    If you like home stuff, you might like to visit the Arabia factory (a wonderful brand of Finnish glass and ceramic ware - like Vilroy & Bosch type of thing) They have some amazing designs.

    I found a lot of places close early enough.

    I was also able to get a ferry across to Estonia (Tallinn) so that was
    nice to see. Cost €39 for day return and the journey is 1 hour 30 minutes
    each way.
