This seems to be the official site for it. Gotta say, looks fine, but I do prefer my wooden stocks. I'd like if they did a line of them, rather than just one model. The different varieties and stock types, as well as lighter and heavier barrels. Basically an underdog to the 85 range.

Oh dear, TWO 75's? Ya bastid. :p What models? I said it recently, but if Sako make the 85 Bavarian in true left-handed, I may have to start a fund. That or the Varmint, for the heavy barrel. Any idea whether Sako make true-left handed models? Tikka do a few, I know. Nothing that really takes my fancy though.

2 sako 75 heavy barreled varminters with walnut stocks, one with a nightforce and the other with a swarovski ,the dog comes a close third and the wife limps home fourth to those two babies:D

my shooting buddy was looking for a left hand sako 85, but he had to settle for the synthetic stock, you can then buy a plastic cheekpiece to convert it ..but its a bit messy for my liking.i was looking at the bavarian on the net..a stylish rifle;)

You're a lucky man with your priorities in order.

Hmm, that's a shame. I really would love a true left handed Bavarian in .243 or .25-06. It's extremely classy looking.

Brother has a sako 75 hunter, very nice rifle

If reloading comes in I was thinking of a 75 varmint with walnut stock myself in .223 or .243 based on my experience with his 75 hunter

Foxshooter you are a man with good taste :p

talking to a northern dealer this evening, sako bavarian seems to be right handed models only at 1100 stg.
