I have never done scuba diving before but have also wanted to. I would rather do the course here so that if I do go away somewhere with good diving possibilites, I'll just be able to go for it instead of spending time learning about it there.

There are PADI courses on offer in Kilkee, could anyone recommend these??? Not sure of cost yet as I've only just enquired about them... What should I expect?

Did my advanced open water there last year and I've also dived there a fair bit over the last couple of summers.
Can't fault the place. They look after you very well and any dives with open water divers on board are led by dive masters/instructors.
This can be reassuring if you're a newly qualified open water diver.
