Ebay Fees; Final Valve Credit

I've just sold an item on eBay for 500euro and was subsequently charged 30euro in eBay fees. However buyer realised he had read my listing wrong and said he no longer wanted item. My listing was perfectly clear by the way.

Buyer seemed genuine so I sent him a mutual agreement email through eBay stating that neither buyer or seller wished to continue with transaction so I could get my ebay fees credited to my account.

However the buyer accidently or not I'm not sure, responded to the mutual agreement email saying he still wanted item, so fees were not credited to my account. I have since tried contacting buyer but to not avail.

Just wondering if anyone knows how I could get my 30euro credited back to my account from eBay?

File for non-paying bidder if he's not responding.

Did you ever get this sorted? I am in a similar situation now and I stand to lose £22, because someone didn't read the description properly!!
