Saw this programme about plastic from all over the world being washed up on the island of midway, where albatross feed thier young cigerette lighters as they look like fish, tons of plastic washed up everday, but more important as the plastic breacks down mircoscopiclly it is absorbed by shellfish and their entering/poluting the sea's food chain.

I hate buying plastic containers ie milk & tetra-pack seems to have disapeared.
    I have a serious quistion?
WHERE DOES THE RECYCLED? PLASTIC GO.
    really
    a) my car -> recycling bin
    b) Truck
    c) ???
    d) ???
    e) becomes ?? milk-carton? farm-post? shipped-to-china? (ship acciendly looses it in the middle of ocean, so returns for next shippment)?
