So the main reason for the previous post was that I recently came across for a copycat vinaigrette recipe from a restaurant called East Side Mario's back home. 'Twas extremely tasty.

In case someone would like to try it with distilled (malt) vinegar or perhaps white wine vinegar, here it is

1 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of dry mustard
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of oregano
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/8 tsp of thyme
