VW Jetta 2006

I bought a VW Jetta 06 model a few weeks ago. It is still under VW warranty until October 2008. Can anyone tell me what is covered by this warranty or a website that explains it. The VW own site is not really great.
Also the service manual says it needs service at 30K KM. There is only 20K on it now. If I bring it in to be service before the warranty expires will any parts be replaced under warranty?
Is there a warranty extension available for cars in Ireland?
