    Jack has a burst appendix doubt daniel & charlotte had anything to do with that

    Previous ep: doc shows up murdered on the beach.
    This ep: Jack has a serious ailment (burst appendix) only curable by a doctor.

    Could this be the reason why Jack goes back to the mainland WITHOUT bringing everyone back? Cos he was dying and needed medical attention?

    Could him leaving cause a major catastrophe, which leaves him suicidal like we found him last season in the flashforward?

    Looks OK. Don't expect it to be a great ep but I'm hoping for the story to progress nicely.

    PS I liked the use of the old school Lost music from season 1 in the first sneak peak. :cool:

    Surely the medical station (The Staff) would have some operating rooms as well though? I mean isn't that where they operated on the dying pregnant women?
