Recommendations for wireless keyboard/mouse

    Hi,

Just got a Mac mini and I was wondering what people use in terms of wireless keyboard/mouse. I've had look around and most non-apple stuff doesn't mention anything about Mac drivers.

The apple wireless keyboard and mighty mouse comes in at €150 which I think is quite pricey and the mouse has got quite a few poor reviews on the apple website.

Any ideas, comments would be appreciated.

    Regards,

    Cbaoth

As most people will attest to on here; Mighty Mouse has many flaws so save your cash and purchase something in the Logitech range, as reccommended above.

I know you've already ordered but for anyone else reading, I can't recommend the Apple Wireless Keyboard enough, it's a fantastic piece of equipment, especially if you're used to a laptop keyboard (so the lack of a number pad, dedicated Del key etc. won't bother you). The only thing I don't like about it is the arrangement of the dedicated function keys, much preferred the old layout, but that's standard across Apple's range these days.

Also for anyone else reading in the future, I've just noticed that it says in the Apple Mighty Mouse manual that you can operate it with one or two batteries, in case the weight of two batteries is too much.

Was going to add that info to the thread below, but is locked...

Aye, that's handy alright but if they were designed to accept AAA batteries that might help in the weight department even more so.
