Hey, was just wondering what site's you guys use when your looking for reviews on golf clubs (drivers, putters etc, not golf courses!)? I have been using golf.com but want to look at a few others to see reviews of a few clubs that I want to buy.

I don't read reviews that seriously as it's a personal thing. What works well for one person won't work for another.

Irons boil down to a lump of metal on the end of a shaft. The heads are either muscle-back or cavity. Most people use cavity ones.......then it's a matter of how much cavity....better golfers tend to prefer a blade or a smaller cavity. After that it's down to how the iron sits.

The most important things are the swing weight and the shaft.

So use the reviews to get a general feeling but try them out yourself.

There are a few Irish websites with details descriptions although sad on actual reviews. You could try Halpenny Golf in Dublin, Mc giurks in Dublin, Adare Golf Club has a website, Golfworks
