CC50Y Colour Compensating Filter

    Anybody know where I can get a hold of a yellow colour compensating filter in Ireland (preferably Dublin)? I'm having real trouble finding anything on the net. Plenty available in stores in America, but the shipping costs are crazy.

    Try Gunns on Wexford St, or failing that, Conns. Both in the phone book.

    Try DML in Portobello 01 4781888, I'm fairly sure that that is where I got my Lee filters from some years ago. You could also try Image Supply Systems in Lyberty Lane off Kevin Street, 01 4782520. Another option is Adorama in New York. I have dealt with them several times and they are super fast and very reasonable for costs and postage. I bought some Rosco 14x20 polarizer gels from them a couple of months ago. It cost about €120 all in rather than 180 sterling and no one in Ireland was able to supply them.
    I don't know if it is of any use to you but I have a CC25Y and a 05, 10, 15 and 20 if you want them but if you start stacking up filters to get the required filtration like that you will have problems with excessive filter density, dust. refraction, moire, etc etc. If you want them pm me and I'll post them out.
