Radio mast

I've been trying to set up a wireless network for over 2 weeks now. I'm just after buying a 2nd AP thinking that the last one had something wrong with it but this new one a netgear prosafe (WG302) is having the same problem. Clients just keep disconnecting for no reason. If I repair the connection it works fine for a few minutes then is lost again.

    The setup is,

A digiweb modem that's set as the dhcp server

The netgear router set to get it's ip from the modem.

8Pcs using different adapters 4 of which are netgear.

There is a radio mast on the same building that picks up security cameras from a warehouse less than 2km away.

Could the mast be interfering with the wireless network? What can I do about it?

I've tried all the channels, some have no signal but I stuck with channel 2 which get half the full signal from around 20ft away. But I'm still having the problem of the Pcs randomly disconnecting, it's done it twice while I've been writing this. It is random not at consistent intervals.

Oh and I forgot to mention the most annoying thing. There's no house within 30 meters of our office yet there's an eircom wireless network with nearly full reception showing up on the list of networks where our wireless network where no pc is more than 20 feet away barely manage 3 or 4 bars.

    From netgear:
For 802.11b and 802.11g, there are 11 channels for wireless equipment (13 channels in Europe). In the simple situation where there's little interference, you can choose any channel that works for you. When there is interference from wireless networks that overlap with one another, each network should use one of the non-overlapping channels: 1, 6, or 11 (1, 7, 13 in Europe). Then, 3 networks can use the same space with minimum interference. If you can't do that, choose channels as widely spaces as possible.

Download Netstumbler to see what channel the eircom one is on.

The eircom Netopia's usually come pre-configured to run on channel 7. All the one's in our street do anyway.
